Return Policy

Effective date: May 30, 2018

  1. Non-Returnable Items I
    Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized promotional items. Due to the nature of the promo product business, items that have been imprinted cannot be accepted for returns. However, ELOI USA® will always do whatever we can to fix any issues that you have with your order.
  2. Non-Returnable Items II
    Some products may be non-returnable regardless if the product is decorated or blank. This is determined by our suppliers, as some products (commonly PPE items, specific brands, apparel, soft goods, and other similar products) are designated as non-returnable. In these cases, the order will be non-refundable once the items are ordered from the supplier.

  3. Pre-Production Cancellation
    In the event you change your mind about your order during pre-production, please contact our customer care department for a full refund. However, once your order has been sent to a production facility, we are unable to refund your purchase price.

  4. Disclosure of Fees
    Some blank items are subject to a restocking fee. Returns on undamaged blank items may require an average of 10% to 20% restocking fee. This fee is based solely on the fee requirements of our suppliers. Since we do business with an ever-changing list of suppliers, each of which has different fee policies, this amount may vary per order.

  5. Samples
    All sample sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. If a decorated order is later placed for the same sample item, the cost of the sample item will be discounted on the decorated order.

  6. Responsibility for Shipping
    We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.

  7. Window of Returns
    Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 30 days from receipt of order.

  8. Incorrect Items
    If you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us and we will do our best to fix your issues.

  9. Required Condition of Returned Items
    Returned items must be in new, unused condition.

  10. Receiving Your Refund
    Method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.
ELOI USA reserves the right to deny any return or credit if, upon our discretion, we find that a customer is attempting to abuse our Return Policy. This includes any fraudulent, abusive, negligent, or unlawful activities related to returns or the use of credits for future purchases. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

We may limit or refuse returns and credits, and take appropriate legal action to protect our rights, if we believe that a customer's activities are in bad faith, negligent, or violate our policies. Our decisions regarding returns, credits, and account status are final and apply in all circumstances.
