Terms of Service

Please be advised that in this agreement, 'ELOI CORPORATION' refers to the legal entity behind the 'ELOI USA' brand, under which we operate and are publicly recognized. All references to 'ELOI CORPORATION' within this document pertain to our operations, commitments, and liabilities as known to our customers and partners through the 'ELOI USA' branding. These terms of service govern all transactions of goods or services through the website ELOIUSA.com from ELOI CORPORATION (the 'seller'). Anyone or entity accessing the site or purchasing goods and services through this Website (the 'buyer') agrees to be bound by these terms of service.

1. Usage of Site - Being a site visitor or customer making a purchase grants you access to use the site to evaluate your purchase of ELOI CORPORATION’s products and services. Being a site visitor or customer does not allow the user to have access or rights to any of the ELOI CORPORATION content without expressed written consent from ELOI CORPORATION. Any site users must be at least 18 years of age or associated with an entity that is legally allowed to participate in a binding contract as listed out in the ELOI CORPORATION website documentation, including this document. Any comments or contributions to product reviews, blog posts or any other associated material made by site users is able to be used by ELOI CORPORATION and any of its affiliates in perpetuity without legal recourse or royalty claims.
   
   
2. Indemnification - Any and all site users and customers agree to hold ELOI CORPORATION harmless from and against all losses, claims, costs and liabilities, including attorney fees that result from usage of the site and violations of any terms of service listed in the website documentation.
   
   
3. Limitation of liability - ELOI CORPORATION is a limited liability company and under no circumstance shall be held liable for any incidental damages resulting from site visitors or customers using the site, including negligence. ELOI CORPORATION will not be held liable for any circumstances that are beyond reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, war, acts of god, natural disasters, labor strikes, customs delays and failure of subcontractors to perform. Shipping and delivery dates are best estimations based on ELOI CORPORATION and its suppliers expectations. ELOI CORPORATION is not liable for delay in delivery. At ELOI CORPORATION we strive to provide high quality photos and descriptions of products. We are not liable for differences in color schemes that are due to monitor settings. The website offers the ability to upload logos and images. The buyer must have rights to images, logos and trademarks that are used as printed artwork. ELOI CORPORATION cannot be held liable for any misuse of trademarks, logos and trademarks as buyer assumes all liability.
   
   
4. Pricing Fluctuation Potential - ELOI CORPORATION is insanely committed to providing transparent honest pricing to its customers and site visitors. ELOI CORPORATION reserves the right to adjust pricing, without notice, up and down for unforeseen and unnoticed price fluctuations. If a price increase is made and the customer no longer wants to make the purchase, they have the right to cancel without any recourse or cancellation fees.
   
   
5. Privacy - ELOI CORPORATION is passionately committed to protecting user and account information including usernames, passwords and billing information. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe and secure. It is the users responsibility to immediately notify ELOI CORPORATION of any unauthorized use of their account or breach of their security. The user and / or account holder is responsible for any losses stemming from unauthorized use of their account. Please refer to ELOI CORPORATION’s official privacy policy for more information on how your information is protected.
   
   
6. Marketing Contact - When creating an account with ELOI CORPORATION the user and / or account holder is agreeing that they can be contacted with marketing materials. The user has the right to unsubscribe from future marketing campaigns. 30 days must be given for all marketing communications to cease.
   
   
7. Adjustments to Orders - ELOI CORPORATION will always wait for the site user’s official approval for the printing on a product. Once this is approved, no changes or adjustments will be allowed to be made. To continuously provide industry best in class service, once an order is approved it is immediately sent for printing. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that all artwork is appropriately placed.
   
   
8. Cancellations - If cancellations happens before artwork approval, ELOI Corporation reserves the right to charge a 4% cancelation fee. If cancellation happens after artwork approval, the user / account holder is liable for all charges. An honest attempt to stop the process will be made with absolutely zero guarantee that any cost savings can occur due to the rapid nature of ELOI CORPORATION’s operations.
   
   
9. Payment - ALL orders must be prepaid due to the speed of our turnaround. In the event the details of an order/job have been modified and an unpaid balance is created, the card used to place the original order will be charged. Charges typically will occur within 24-48 hours of the modification, but can take up to 45 days depending on our current workload as these charges must first be individually verified by a human.
   
   Late Payments: All payments that are not received within 30 days from when the order was placed or by agreed upon date will be assessed a 20% late payment charge.
   
   
10. Shipping - ELOI CORPORATION is not liable or responsible for undeliverable packages, incorrect shipping addresses, third party delivery attempts or acts of God/carrier delays. Call to confirm shipping to APO or FPO addresses as some manufacturers will not deliver to such addresses. All products are buyer's property upon receipt and ELOI CORPORATION is not liable for any damages to products post delivery. Sometimes multiple manufacturers are used to help provide our customers with the best service. Therefore, sometimes your order will come in multiple shipments. Prices for our products are listed on an FOB shipping point basis. This means that the responsibility for the goods, including the risk of loss or damage, transfers from us to the buyer once the goods are delivered to or picked up by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes ownership (title) of the products at this point, and any subsequent transportation risks and costs are the buyer's responsibility.
    
    
11. Permission for Use of Buyer's Branding - ​Agreement to Use of Buyer's Name and Logo: The buyer agrees that the seller, ELOI CORPORATION, may use the buyer's name and logo on the seller's website and in other marketing materials to identify the buyer as a customer of the seller. This permission is granted on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis, and the use of the buyer's name and logo by ELOI CORPORATION does not imply the buyer's endorsement of the seller's products or services.
    
    
12. Transaction Fee’s - At purchase, Buyer agrees that ELOI CORPORATION reserves the right to adjust billing for any difference in the estimated amount billed to your account versus the actual amount of the invoice. ELOI CORPORATION reserves the right to charge credit card processing fees. Offline orders over $2,000.00 paid by credit card will incur a 2.9% transaction fee.
    
    
13. Over/Under runs - All orders are subject to over runs or under runs of 5-7%.
    
    
14. Coupons/Discounts - At ELOI CORPORATION, we occasionally offer promotional coupons as a part of our marketing and sales initiatives. Please note that the issuance, acceptance, and use of all coupons are at the sole discretion of ELOI CORPORATION. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any coupon or related offer at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in coupon values, redemption criteria, and applicable products or services. All coupons must be used in accordance with our specified terms and conditions. Any misuse or abuse of coupons may result in the cancellation of the coupon and/or the related order. ELOI CORPORATION also reserves the right to reject the use of any coupon for reasons including, but not limited to, suspicion of fraud, past misuse, or if the coupon has been tampered with. Customers are encouraged to read the specific terms associated with each coupon for clarity on its usage. By using a coupon, the customer agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions as well as the overall purchasing policies of ELOI CORPORATION.
    
    
15. Holidays - Please note that during the holiday season, both production and transit times for your orders are subject to variation and cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by ELOI CORPORATION and/or the shipping carrier. We strive to meet estimated delivery dates, but due to high demand and potential logistical challenges, delays may occur. We recommend placing orders well in advance to accommodate any unforeseen delays. In the event of any significant delay or issue with your order, our team will communicate promptly to provide updates and solutions.
    
    
16. Samples - We're dedicated to helping you make the best choice for your project. We offer free samples for items under $20, allowing you to experience our quality firsthand. For higher-value items, a nominal fee may apply to ensure we continue offering competitive prices. Our sample service is tailored for those seriously considering a purchase or seeking project inspiration, and while we rarely need to, we reserve the right to decline sample requests at our discretion.
